2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our facility. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at +91 9229983169 or email us. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We do not accept standard returns for items once sold due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, a return or replacement request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is physically damaged or leaking.
• The product received is incorrect or different from what you ordered.
• The package contains missing items or components.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photographic or unboxing video proof of the damaged or incorrect items.
